Our October update containing data up to the 30th September 2022 is now available at www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 30th June 2022 and 30th September 2022
London 3 Month Sales Change

Across the city,  the average sale price increased by 1% over the past three months, making August the fifth consecutive month in which average price growth decreased relative to the previous month.

The latest data follows the same pattern as that seen throughout 2022 with sales price growth limited to the outskirts of the city. However even on the outskirts, growth is clearly slowing.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Across London, the average rental price increased by 2.5% over the past three months.

In a change from last month, we are seeing a marked concentration of rental price growth in the prime areas of Central London.
