London 3 Month Sales Change

London sale prices continue to rise in almost all areas of the city. From 01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021.

London 3 Month Rental Change

A very similar picture to last months update with most areas flat/slowly increasing, but central London seeing a very sharp increase as it continues to recover from the Covid drop.

Average rental prices in Prime Central London peaked in November 2019 and then fell 14.6% to March 2021. 

Since then, they have been recovering and now stand at only 4.4% down from the November 2019 peak. From 01 Aug 2021 - 31 October 2021.
