Our March update contains data up to the end of February 2022 is now available at www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 01 December 2021 and 28 February 2022.
London 3 Month Sales Change

The average sale price in Greater London has risen by 1.9% in the last 3 months. 

As the heatmap below shows, the growth is concentrated in in the East, South and West with average prices rises of ~3.5%.

The average rental price across London is up 2.6% in the last 3 months with rents rising everywhere.
There is particularly strong growth in Zone 1 where average rental prices are up ~5%.
