Across London, the average sale value rose by 2.1% over the past three months, varying between a drop of 1.4% to an increase of 7.0% depending on your location.

Over the past three months, average rental values have again increased by 1.6% across the city. Depending on your location, local changes varied from a small drop of 0.8% to growth of 2.7%.
