England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 1.7% over the past three months. Depending on your location, your local sale value changes varied between a fall of 0.8% and an increase of 6% over the past 3 months.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value rose again by 1.4% over the past three months, varying from a fall of 0.7% to an increase of 2.9% depending on your location.

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value rose by 1.4% over the past three months, varying between a fall of 1.5% to an increase of 4.1% depending on your location.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 1.9% across the city. Depending on your location, local changes varied from a fall of 1.9% to growth of 3.6%.
