2021 Yearly Sales Overview

Before looking at the recent changes, we have a quick overview of 2021 as a whole. As usual, our heatmaps are coloured to indicate which way the market moved and by how much.

Average sale price change between 01 January 2021 and 31 December 2021

A very strong year for sales in the outskirts with pricing in some areas growing by more than 10% compared to a London average of 5%.

Closer to the centre, sales price growth was more subdued, tending to flat in some areas such as Canary Wharf.
