Our November 2023 update containing data up to the 31st October is now available at www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 31st July 2023 and 31st 2023.
England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 0.2% over the past three months. Like last month, the average value hasn't changed much but the numbers vary greatly depending on where you are in the country.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value increased by 0.9% over the past three months. Depending on which part of the country, the local change varies between a very small drop and an increase of 2.7%

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value increased by 0.3% over the past three months with the usual variations across the different areas.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 1.4% with some areas seeing increases of as much as 2.7%.

As always, these numbers are area averages. Different types of properties in the same location can perform very differently to each other.
