England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value fell by 0.4% over the past three months. Depending on your location, your local sale value changes varied between -2.8% and +1.5%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value fell by 0.1% over the past three months with a variation of -2.2% to +2.5% depending on your location.

Londons 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value fell by 0.5% over the past three months with the usual variations across the different areas.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 0.4% with variation ranging from a drop of 0.6% to an increase of 2.2%.
