Our December 2023 update containing data up to the 30th November is now available at www.bricksandlogic.co.uk. This update looks at changes in our estimates of sale and rental values between 31st August 2023 and 30th November 2023.
England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value fell by 0.1% over the past three months. Depending on your location, your local sale value changes varied between -2.6% and +2.4%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value increased by 0.2% over the past three months with a small variation of -1% to +1.7% depending on your location.

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value fell by 0.1% over the past three months with the usual variations across the different areas.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 0.5% with variation ranging from a drop of 0.5% to an increase of 1.7%.
