England & Wales 3 Month Sales Change

Across England and Wales, the average sale value rose by 1.6% over the past three months. Depending on your location, your local sale value changes varied between -2.8% and +6%.

England & Wales 3 Month Rental Change

Across England & Wales, the average rental value rose by 0.9% over the past three months with a variation of -0.8% to +3.1% depending on your location.

London 3 Month Sales Change

Across London, the average sale value rose by 1.9% over the past three months varying between 0.3% growth to 3.1% growth depending on location.

London 3 Month Rental Change

Over the past three months, average rental values have increased by 1.1% with variation ranging from a drop of 0.4% to an increase of 2.3% depending on location
